Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and you agree to agree with such modification.

Orders

Orders placed are accepted when you receive our Order Confirmation. Wubs Dubs Ltd states that such orders may not subsequently be available to be despatched or that we may decide to refuse despatch subject to reasonable grounds.

Wubs Dubs Ltd reserve the right to refuse, prior to you receiving the Confirmation, any or part of an order or to request further information from the customer appertaining to the order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to customers under English law, Wubs Dubs Ltd accept no responsibility for the failure in product despatch where such failure is a result of our inability to do so or on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we undertake all reasonable steps to inform you of such within 14 days of the order. In such a case we will either not process any payments or issue a full refund immediately. Please ensure that in placing your order to allow sufficient time for the order to be processed to avoid disappointment in the case of the above mentioned inability or refusal.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are normally up to 5 days but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible.

Delivery Throughout the United Kingdom

Items are delivered by our suppliers carriers only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Cancellation of goods

The customer reserves the right to cancel their order, up to and including 7 days after they received the goods if the packaging has not been touched. No reason for this is needed from the customer. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods in their delivered condition. We will reimburse the customer within 30 days of them placing the cancellation order.

Returns

Please check all items on delivery . On making a return you must inform us in writing either by email or letter within 3 days of receiving your item/s. When returning your goods you must send them using recorded delivery also use appropriate insurance because we wont be held responsible for items missing or damaged . When we receive your faulty goods we wil then refund or exchange for the item. We will give you the option of an exchange or refund (minus postage) . Wubsdubs aim to reimburse youwithin 7 working days .

Items made to order

If you have had an item personalised or specialy made to order this item may not be refunded or exchanged. We will only refund if the item is returned in the same condition as you receive it.

Oversea's Customers

If you are a customers who is oversea's were sorry but we cannot offer refunds or an exchange.

Alteration

Colours may vary slightly to what you see on screen due to individual computer settings - also take note the printing may show slightly larger than on product this is for clearer viewing on screen.

Faulty items

If you find the goods are faulty due to a manufacturing fault we will give you a replacement or full refund. Faulty items must be reported to 'Wubs Dubs' and we will not accept unless we have been contacted by yourself email / Telephone first. If the wrong size hs been orderd or the product has been worn they WILL NOT be refunded or exchange.
