Returns Policy
We are sure that you’ll be delighted with your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes products will need to be returned and therefore Jray LLP (T/A Wubs Dubs) offer a “No Quibble Returns Policy”.
If for any reason you are not happy with the products that you have purchased you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange as long as the items you have purchased are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. For any product that includes software this must be returned with the software unopened with the 14 day timescale.
We unfortunately are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any sale items or perishable goods.
For faulty goods or goods that have been broken in transit you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt either by email or phone. If the product is has been damaged in transit or is faulty, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs; in all other circumstances we will refund the purchase price of the goods excluding any shipping or packaging costs incurred in returning them to us, please note however that the product(s) must be returned in a reasonable condition, with any original packaging and labels intact, otherwise we will not be able to refund you. We will (at our discretion) pay for exchanged items to be sent out. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Please note that that you will be responsible for the product until it reaches as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. For your own protection we recommend that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.

We strongly advise that you to obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Any refunds will be credited within 14 days of return.
